Getting Ready for Sunday Gaming

Just about to hop into the shower, before I get ready for some lunch and then running this afternoon's game with the Sunday group.

They'll be continuing their Primeval RPG campaign this afternoon, which I'm rather looking forward to.

Gaming on Sundays with just Tammy and spross is always an interesting, at times frustrating and/or annoying, afternoon, as the two of them just don't work together in play. There are various reasons for this, of course, which I'm not going to go into here (as I've discussed them in this blog several times in the past), but suffice it to say I always find Sunday afternoon gaming to be something of a challenge.

Anyway, time to clean off the daily layer of dirt.

Re: Be Thankful You Have Players
Oh, I am grateful that I have players. (More in the Friday group, with 6 or 7 players than in the Sunday group with 2 players.)

You should move to Ottawa and come and game with us. You can run on Saturday nights, and I'll run Sunday afternoons! LOL!

Why not siphon some of Friday players to Sunday?

Re: Be Thankful You Have Players
Not going to happen. Primarily due to the fact that the Friday players do their gaming on Friday because Sundays aren't convenient. (Hence why I've been running games on Friday night for so long.)

But there's also a different attitude towards gaming with the Friday night group, and it's a much more social affair as well.

    Hullo, Eliza,

Actually, they've novelised pretty much all of the Classic Who serials, though some of them are hard to find or are pretty pricey. I've got something like 150+ DW novelisations, and…

I'm enjoying your thoughts on Emily Wilde's Encyclopaedia of Faeries. I've not read it yet but every time I see it pop up in lists online the cover grabs my attention.
