Had a good evening last night, watching the finale of the season for Masterchef (I'm glad the person who won did so, as I didn't like the other person one bit! See, no spoilers!). :) Right after that was the season finale of Camp. I say "season finale", since I'm hoping it gets renewed and a second season comes out. The episode was very enjoyable, resolved a few story plotlines, set things up nicely for a second season, and was very much a fun summer series.
I don't know what I ate yesterday, but I woke up well before the alarm clock was supposed to go off this morning with terrible acid reflux. I managed to take some Gaviscon and was able to fall asleep again, but I didn't get as much sleep as I really needed. So I was quite exhausted when I finally woke up when the alarm went off, but felt somewhat better in my mouth, throat, and down below.
Work looks as if it's going to be extremely busy today, and that's a good thing. The boss is not in the office today, so the office is humming along to itself and things are copacetic. Just busy.
In the meantime, this morning cup of peppermint tea that I'm having right now should do nicely to settle my stomach and lower down a bit more for the day.
Back to the grindstone.
