Diabetes Note

Finally managed to speak to the doctor at the Diabetes Clinic again this morning. He has decided that due to the side effects of combinng the Gluconorm with the Lopid, I am not to take the former, and will have to control the diabetes a bit more with diet and exercise. If I can't do that, then he will add another medication to the list.

I tend to struggle mightily with my diet and exercise, even though I am pretty good with it. So not only will this next couple of months be difficult for me, but it's going to be something of an uphill struggle.
