Sunday Morning Thoughts

Woke up this morning somewhat tired, though I managed a good six to seven hours of sleep.

I still feel somewhat ragged, and my head is still blocked and I'm still coughing. Don't feel as bad as I did yesterday, so perhaps there's some improvement, but I always feel better in the morning.

Tammy is studying for an on-line computer networking exam, so we won't be gaming today. At least not roleplaying games. spross said that he might come out today, and I figure we might do a board game or three, though I could just as easily take the rest of the day off and just relax and putter around the house. We'll see what happens, as I haven't even poked my head out to look and see what the weather is for today.

Time for some breakfast.

Here's hoping that sleep cures what ails you!

Oh well, you know what they say, "Time and tide waits for snowman"... oh, wait, that's Doctor Who actually. :)

I hope that sleep cures me. The infection/illness that's affecting me will heal with time (unless it's something that requires an antibiotic, which I hope it isn't), I guess, and sleep is never a bad thing when you're ill, even if it "interferes" with doing other things. :)

    Hullo, Eliza,

Actually, they've novelised pretty much all of the Classic Who serials, though some of them are hard to find or are pretty pricey. I've got something like 150+ DW novelisations, and…

Oh I didn't know Doctor Who had novelized the first one - that's really neat!

I've got the Patrick Stewart memoir on my list as well but I need to watch Picard before I read it so that I don't get…

I'm enjoying your thoughts on Emily Wilde's Encyclopaedia of Faeries. I've not read it yet but every time I see it pop up in lists online the cover grabs my attention.
