anxiousAnother cold day in the Ottawa valley, currently around -17o (with a wind chill of -26o) as I write this. I came into the office this morning with the car pool once more, as lo and behold, my stupid car is dead again in the house parking lot.
I've got a lot on my plate today, and am pretty concerned about some of it. Today is possibly more of a Hump Day than I had imagined or than is normally associated with the term, as I've got my regularly scheduled appointment at the Diabetes Clinic this afternoon. I don't know how things will shake out on this, but there is a chance of my going on insulin after today, I suspect. That depends on how the latest test results came out and the doctor's evaluation, but we'll see.
In the meantime, I need to distract myself again by getting back to work. That, and a cup of chai tea.
