Yesterday was one of those days that started off prett boring at work, and as the morning progressed I got literally snowed under with work, and didn't have all that much time for anything. By the time I managed to crawl out of the car at home after work, I was exhausted, both mentally and physically, and the headaches that I've been having since the concussion returned full force to the point that I didn't want to do that much, especially stuff on the computer. So when I got home from work yesterday, I didn't even switch the home computer on.
I did switch on the tv to see what was going on with the NHL Trade Deadline stuff, but I'll talk about that in another post. And I fell asleep and took a longer than expected nap as well.
The rest of the day and last night was spent relaxing and trying to keep the headache and pain behind the eyes from getting worse.
I woke up this morning feeling somewhat better, though the headache is still here to a minor extent. Not like yesterday. Probably just means I need to get a little bit more sleep, as I'm not doing well in that regard these days. Too many worries, too many things swirling around in my head.
In the meantime, back to the start of the work day here.
