The end of the work week. Finally.
It has been a long work week for me, with almost no period of inactivity at the office, and several days so busy with so much going on that my head felt like it was spinning. Well, actually it was. I've still been subjected to the headaches that accompany long periods of working on the computer, and in all honesty, this has kept me off the home computer for the most part this week. I don't know whether this might still be something to do with the post-concussion effects or whether it's something else, but I'm scheduled to go back to the eye specialist in April. As for today, the work so far today has been steady, but not especially busy. So I've been resting my eyes as much as possible.
Tonight promises a good time, as the Friday night gaming group will be meeting for their continuing game in the Yggdrasill RPG campaign. I'm rather looking forward to that.
The rest of the weekend is full of some uncertainty. Tomorrow, during which a bad snow storm is forecast for the Ottawa area, I'm supposed to have the first of the two MRIs on my left leg and ankle that will hopefully reveal what's going on with them. Part of me is worried that it will show something, the other part of me is worried that it won't (because that means there's something else going on with the leg and ankle). However, for now, one step at a time.
In the meantime, back to work.
