It felt really good to get out and just walk, do a bit of exercise so to speak, but by the time I got back to the house, my left leg was hurting something bad, and the left ankle had swollen up a bit more. I guess I have paid the price.
While I didn't really want to exercise, I know that I need it (diabetes and all, not to mention just good for the overall health). I just hope that I didn't wreck my ankle worse than it is already.
For now, sitting back on the living room couch with an ice pack on the ankle. The cool feels somewhat good.
