A Pain Free Morning
Last night, I finally managed to get a full night's sleep.
I attribute this largely to the fact that I had my footcare appointment yesterday, the Thursday, and the pain in my feet is mostly gone this morning courtesy of a before bed dose of Aleve.
Thus, I woke up this morning feeling quite refreshed and ready to face the work day.
I've been on the job since 7:15 am this morning, and work is quite busy. Looking forward to my morning coffee break and then lunch.
