Day 10 – Favourite Tie-in Novel/Game Fiction

Hmm, this one isn't as easy as it seems... To be honest, I've not read all that much rpg-related fiction at all.

I remember reading a couple of D&D tie-in novels way back in the early (or mid?) 1980s, but those turned me off the books for a long time, methinks. While I know that I've read all the TORG: The Possibility Wars tie-in novels that came out, I can't think of any other game fiction that I've read, other than the Primeval tie-in novels. And those weren't roleplaying game based.

So this question is one that I can't really answer. But if I had to give an answer to this, my favourite tie-in novel would be the Primeval series novel Extinction Event by Dan Abnett.
