Sunday Morning Musings
Sunday morning.
I woke up this morning feeling a bit disoriented, as my blood sugar was a bit low, but otherwise felt fine. Felt well rested, as I had a good night's sleep, and was feeling quite good after a night out with friends. This despite getting almost no sleep on Friday night, but c'est la vie from time to time.
It was a good idea going out last night and seeing the movie with Kathy, David, and David's wife, Ellen. We went out to dinner first, eating at Kelsey's and having a tasty meal (I ate a steak, with some bastmati rice and mushrooms, and a salad), and then saw The Age of Adaline (I'll post a minor review of the film later this morning), and I have to say it was a lovely film and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It was only the second movie that I've seen in the theatre this year, I think. (Mind Like a Sieve(MLAS(tm)) :) Got home around 11:00 pm, so had a light snack, went to bed, and slept like a baby log.
And being Sunday, it's a gaming day. I'll be running a session of Atlantis: The Second Age this afternoon on my players, and I'm sort of looking forward to that. Other than gaming, not a lot on for the day.
