Hot Tuesday Morning

It's Tuesday morning.

Another extremely hot, humid day in Ottawa. A heat advisory is in effect again for today, so those who live in the Ottawa area, please take care of yourselves today and stay hydrated.

I'm having trouble concentrating on work this morning, as I went out for a walk here at work when I came in this morning, and am now suffering bad nerve spasms in my left foot that are leaving me...distracted.

Otherwise, a quiet day so far.
