Bad Acid Reflux
Have just woken up with another serious round of acid reflux in the night.
Lung searing, hacking and choking away, acid reflux.
Have taken some Gaviscon, and had some ice chips and a bit of water, and still coughing and burning in my chest and throat.
Not sure I'm going to get back to sleep tonight. Heart pounding, throat and chest feel like they're on fire.
Dammit!
Edit: It's now 3:31 am, and I am still awake. Still suffering from chest and throat burning, and some coughing. Blah.
