Ah, May 1st. A new month.

Truth be told, I'm kind of glad to see the end of April and the start of the second quarter of 2016. The first three months of this year have not been especially kind to me health-wise, and while the latter part of April and the beginning of May are feeling somewhat rushed, I have to say that it's good to be somewhat healthier at the moment ::knock on wood:: (though I am still suffering from the illness that hit me in mid- to late March and has persisted).

Today is also the day that I switched from the Jardiance medication to the Invokana medication, so we'll see how that switch-over goes for the month.

I'll be posting up my book reads for the month of April sometime today or tomorrow, but for now, I'm just glad it's the beginning of May.
