R.I.P. Gordie Howe (1928 - 2016)

Terrible, sad news in the world of hockey. Gordie Howe, "Mr. Hockey", has died.

Hockey Legend Gordie Howe Dead at 88

I can't say that I was a fan of Gordie Howe's, as I never supported any of the NHL or WHL teams that he played on, but he did have a huge influence on the sport of hockey and his contributions were many, both on and off the ice.

R.I.P. Gordie Howe. You earned it.
