It's Thursday morning here in the Ottawa valley. A somewhat muggy, wet day here so far. Today promises to be a long day. I slept rather badly last night, nightmares that I don't remember having woken me up twice, and the left shoulder hurts very badly this morning, so I must have lain on it several times during the night. I have my shoulder assessment at a physiotherapist's, and I'm quite worried about this. It may have an impact on whether or not I'm able to go fly down to Indianapolis in just under two weeks, among other things. And I'm worried about my arm mobility after the assessment. Still, one thing at a time today.
