The Old RPG Chestnuts

As a fan of roleplaying games, one of the sites that I frequent is RPG.net. While they post a lot of reviews, there's a guy by the name of Lev Lafayette, who's been doing reviews of old rpg material, and by "old" I mean really *old* stuff. I can't say I agree with all of Lev's reviews of the various old games (and a lot of folks took exception to his review up there of the DragonQuest rpg), but he does present some interesting perspectives on the old games, and is quite articulate in his reviews.

Lev's just done a review of Snake Pipe Hollow, one of the old RuneQuest adventures that I really loved when I was younger. Brought back some good memories of the old days of gaming and all. It's kind of an interesting thing to see what Lev's reviewing and to wait and see what old chestnut rpg game or supplement he reviews next. Lev also has an account here on LJ (tcpip), so check it out as well.
