January, 2012 was an excellent first month of the new year of reading for me. Sure, I re-read a few books this past month, but between doing some work on roleplaying games, reading a few articles on-line about geology and palaeontology subjects, and doing the work for my Geology course, I actually read quite a few books. Overall, I managed to read 10 novels, 0 RPGs and RPG products, 2 magazine, 0 comics, and 0 graphic novels in January. Since this is the start of the year, it brings the year total in 2012 to a set of numbers that look like this: 10 books, 0 RPGs and RPG products, 2 magazines, 0 comics, and 0 graphic novels.

Just as a note, this was the first time that I had read Dumas's The Three Musketeers in close to forty years. The book was even more enjoyable to read than it was the first time around, probably due to the fact that I could appreciate some of the subtleties of the book more than I could when I read it back then, but because I'm older, it took longer to re-read!

Anyway, thoughts and comments are always welcome. :)
