Thought on Yesterday's Coriolis RPG Search

As noted in yesterday's blog entry on the RPGaDay in August - Day 18: Plenty, I went trolling...err, searching for the game material for the Coriolis - The Third Horizon RPG that I have since I'm going back to it as the "proper" science fiction rpg. And yes, I found most of the materials that I have for the game.

Yes, I'll still continue to run the John Carter of Mars Roleplaying Game as the sword & planet rpg of choice as well, but anyway... One of the things I want to do with Coriolis - The Third Horizon when I start running it again is to lighten the mood a little and not have everything be about the evil forces that lurk out there between the stars and all that Dark stuff. It'll be difficult to do so, I think, given how the theme of the Icons and the Darkness Between the Stars is so dominant in the game, but I have some ideas on how to manage it.

That said, while I was searching the cupboard with spross for the Coriolis - The Third Horizon stuff was how many rpgs I have in there and how old some of the games are. No, I'm not going into specific games at all, but I really want to get rid of some of that stuff, to be honest. Sad, but true.
