Starting the Changed Meds Regimen
Well, this morning I started the new medication regimen.
I now take the dose of Crestor (10 mg) with breakfast, along with the Diamicron, a dose of Metformin (that I have to gradually increase to the full dose so I can acclimate my body to it once more), and the vitamins and the allergy meds that I'm taking. Supper gets accompanied by the second Diamicron dose and the second dose of Metformin.
We'll see what happens with the new dose of Crestor and the return to the Metformin, but I really hope that the discomfort will be outweighed by the reduction of my blood sugar levels and with the coming down of the bad cholesterol and the triglycerides. Time to wait and see a few days. Wish me luck!
