Can't Sleep

It is 4:30 in the damn a.m., and I have been up since 3:30. I have no idea what woke me up, all I know is that I have not been able to get back to sleep, and the damn alarm clock is going to ring in about 45 minutes.

On top of everything else, I have tossed and turned tonight in my sleep, and woke up after dreams about lice and insects, of all things!

This is going to be a long day.... :(
