Oddly enough, the Origins website does not have the awards results listed. Some of the website that I frequent relatively often for this sort of news don't, either, but the Critical Hits site does have the winners of the 2009 Origins Awards, and I have provided the link.
While I was rather sorry to see that Trail of Cthulhu didn't win the Best RPG Award, The Mouseguard Roleplaying Game was a very deserving recipient of that award, and I am just glad that D&D, 4th Edition did not win the award. The fact that Mouseguard won the award encourages me to think that perhaps Indie RPGs have finally arrived, and this is a good sign.
I am wondering, however, why the heck there is not more news about the Awards out there (although granted the Twitter community may be all abuzz with this stuff).
Anyway, the awards news can be found on the Critical Hits site, so please check out the results. I would be interested in your thoughts as well.
