Doctor Appointment Results

Just got back to the hotel from the doctor's office.

The good news is that the cold I have is gradually going away, but he said the cough may last for some time. Could be as long as one to two more months.

The bad news is that I may well have a bad case of sciatica. He said that I just need to live with it for now, and treat it on a day-to-day basis. It should hopefully go away on its own, at some point. In the meantime, I am living with hellish pain.

He also wants me to get the H1N1 flu shot next week, if possible, and then have the seasonal flu shot about ten days later.

As for today, well... I had a terrible night last night, the hip and leg giving me major pain most of the night. Not a lot of sleep. The morning was pretty busy with the Greek classes and with some work for the office, and the pain is not a whole lot better, and that's with pills.

Anyway, must soldier on to other things right now.

I'm enjoying your thoughts on Emily Wilde's Encyclopaedia of Faeries. I've not read it yet but every time I see it pop up in lists online the cover grabs my attention.
