amusedAstro-Tourist Takes Haute Cuisine to New High
Now, I gotta say that I've always thought the European Space Agency (ESA) had more class than NASA and some of the other agencies in countries that launch people into orbit, but this is just great. Motivates me to move to Europe, and become a tourist in space. I'd get to eat better up there than I do down here on Earth.
I rather like their logic on this, though. After all, if you're going to send a bunch of people to Mars eventually, it's a good idea to give them a meal fit for... Ah, never mind. I'm feeling hyperglycemic just thinking about it! :)
