After
I decided to watch one of the DVDs that I haven't gotten around to yet, and selected "The Curse of Fenric", one of the last stories to feature the seventh Doctor as portrayed by Sylvester McCoy and his companion Ace. The story, told in four episodes, is a tale of plots to unleash the powers of the Norse gods, the get of Fenric who seem to be vampiric haemovores out of Norse myth, and other neat stuff and several excellent sub-plots.
It was a lovely way to pass a Thursday night with nothing interesting on the tele, and to be honest, a good way to chalk up a few hours when I didn't want to read books or look at any roleplaying game stuff.
