Last Food Before Blood Tests

Just finished eating the evening meal for tonight. Had a salad, some rice with veggies done Oriental style, an 8 oz. steak, and a side of green beans, along with a 1/2 a Granny Smith apple for the meal.

Having my usual blood tests done tomorrow morning, so will not be able to eat for the next 9 to 12 hours or so. This means I will miss my evening snack, since I have to fast before the blood tests, and this means I will be sick to my stomach for most of the latter part of tomorrow.

I know these blood tests are necessary, but I really dislike and hate them.
