Woke up this morning to find that I had been lying on my side with the bad shoulder for some time, the right hand somewhat under my leg. When I moved around and got out of bed, I realised that I had numbness in the right hand, primarily the pinkie finger and part of the ring finger, down to the wrist. Been up for a while now, and I still have not recovered true feeling in that part of my hand.
This could be bad. It could be connected to whatever's going on in my shoulder, it could be carpal tunnel syndrome, but the worst possibility is that it is connected to the diabetes and is the neuropathy getting much worse. We'll see how the day goes, but it's a good thing I have a doctor's appointment for Thursday.
