Gamer Turnabout
Well, don't that beat all.
In this earlier post today, I mentioned that I had cancelled tonight's gaming session because of my health concerns for the others. However, I received a phone call from Kathy about 20 minutes ago. She informed me that the group was willing to take a chance on my health, and that we would be gaming tonight, as she and the others feel that I could use the company and that the gaming would take my mind off all that's ailing me at the moment. So it looks like we will be playing the Dominant Species board game this evening after all.
I'm pretty happy about this, but will not forgive myself if they come down with the bug. Then again, they really are some of the best friends that a guy could ask for. Goddess bless. :)
