Return of the Hip and Leg Pain
Spent some time out of the house with 
spross yesterday, as I still can't drive the car.
When we got back to the house, my back was absolutely killing me again. So after SteveR left, I went downstairs to the lower level of the house, took a couple of Robaxacet again, and lay down on the floor with a couple of pillows under my head and my legs up on a chair. While I didn't sleep at all or anything like that (not a comfortable position to sleep in, I guess), I felt a bit better by the time I had to get up and make supper.
While I'm not expecting the bulging disc in my back to heal on its own (I understand that that rarely happens), the re-occurrence of the pain in my hip and leg has me worried about whether it's wise to go to GenCon this year. Yes, I know it's not for another month and a week or so, but still... I had promised myself that I wasn't going to make a decision about this until after I see the doctor on the 29th of June, and still intend to honour that, but I've got this little voice talking to me at the back of my head saying all sorts of stuff on this subject. I haven't gone to the chiropractor in a while, because of the infection that I have had, but I suspect that this is my cue to do so again.
That said, for now, just gotta go day-to-day, and see what happens I guess.
