Early Sunday Morning

This morning is another bright and cold one, unfortunately. I guess this means that winter can't be all that far away right now. End of October and all that good stuff.

Woke this morning to find that every bone in my body hurts, and most of my muscles hurt as well. After yesterday's field trip in a cave system, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I'm hoping that my shower this morning will ease some of the pain, but if it persists, I will take some Tylenol or Robaxacet, depending on what I feel I need to take.

In other (bad) news, the garage called yesterday morning, and I called them back when I got home from the field trip. Turns out that my front brake system is completely shot, rusted through apparently!, and the fellow at the garage told me that the best he could do price-wise is around $500. I have no idea what I'm going to do about the car now, to be honest with you, as I just don't have that kind of cash right now.

In the meantime, today is another game session with the Sunday afternoon group, as they continue their Abney Park's Airship Pirates campaign game. I've also been doing a bit of reading of the All For One: Régime Diabolique rpg from Triple Ace Games, as that will be the next rpg that I'm going to run (or run again, at least, for the Friday gaming group) when the two groups finish with Airship Pirates for a while.

Anyway, heading upstairs for some breakfast. Something hot, methinks.
