Didn't get to sleep last night until well after 1:00 am, and the alarm woke me up at 5:30 am as usual. Have had a wonderful headache for most of the morning that has been controlled (at best) by taking some Tylenol.
The chill in the air and the wet weather has combined to make my lower back (and a few other select locations) ache and the pain is just severe at times, but I'm managing.
Work today has presented some intersting challenges in terms of the translation job that I'm working on, which I can't discuss for obvious reasons. That said, it has kept me distracted from the pain pretty much, and I'm grateful for that.
When I return to the house this afternoon, after stopping off for some fresh veggies and a couple of items to make some homemade soup and chili, I'll need to get ready for this evening's Geology class. While I'm a bit more tired on Wednesdays and Thursdays (because of the late nights), I'm enjoying the class, and consider it well worth my time. Good thing.
In the meantime, off to have a bit of tea and then back to work until lunch.
