Working From Home on A Tuesday

Another day of snow here in the Ottawa valley, and relatively cold with the wind chill.

Needless to say, this is a Tuesday, so I've got Geology class tonight, so the weather decides to play these nasty games with me again. Add to that tomorrow is a dentist appointment day, and well... not pleased.

When I woke up this morning and looked out the door, I decided that I was going to work from home today, as I don't want to deal with the snowfall more than once today, and I'll need to do that this evening when I go to class. The boss was pretty okay with it, since the work week is expected to be relatively light, but he asked if I wanted to have Donna work from the house with me, since there's a lot of paperwork to get done today as well. I figured this was a good idea, so she's here at the house working away with me on the latest translation job. (She just mentioned that she's pretty happy working out of the office, and we're having a good day of it so far.)

I managed to do all the homework that I have for this week's Geology class yesterday, so that was time well spent, and I did a bit of reading on stuff as well for things I need to keep track of school-wise.

In the meantime, back to the job stuff.
