State of JohnK (Not too Detailed), Part II

Took the second dose of super laxative at 6:00 am.

Have been to the loo three times since then.

Have drunk two bottles of water.

Still feel bloated, crampy, and spasm-y.

However, I must be feeling somewhat better, since I'm listening to some music.

'Nuff said.
