Totally Bleary-Eyed Today
It's going to be a very long, very difficult day today, methinks.
I went out to the RBC Royal Bank Ottawa Bluesfest last night to catch the Tedeschi Trucks Band, one of the few actual blues artists at the festival, and had a terrific time...
...but I didn't get home until after midnight, and it wasn't until close to 1:00 pm that I finally calmed down enough to actually get to sleep. Granted that I've not been sleeping a lot lately because of what's been going on with my abdomen and bowels, but I really could have used the extra two or three hours of bed time that I would have received.
In any event, I woke up bleary-eyed, and still am though I'm now at the office, but have to say that the concert was worth anything that happens today. Definitely going to take a bit of a nap when I can today, and will blog about the concert soon.
But it's going to be a long, long day...
