I just got home from work around 20 minutes ago, and have put my feet up for a bit.

The week at work is done with, thank Goodness, and I can try and get some rest and relaxation this weekend, other than having the two gaming group sessions to run on Friday night and Sunday afternoon, and a couple of other things that will have to be done on Saturday. Getting home was not helped by the fact that I dropped off the car for winter servicing this afternoon on the way home from work. The Chrysler dealer was kind enough to drop me off at the house afterwards, but I'm likely not going to have a car until some time early in the week; the garages are quite busy at this time of year, with winter servicing of cars, and the Chrysler dealer is no exception in this regard.

From a health point of view, my throat is not as swollen today, but it's still bothering me somewhat, and my ear on that side hurts. I actually feel as if I've got some sort of infection in my system that just won't go away, and my head feels blocked. My lower left back and the thigh are hurting somewhat fiercely today, but the Robaxacet and Tylenol appear to be dealing with the pain for the most part.

In the meantime, I'm going to sit back for a bit and have a hot cup of tea with a pair of tea biscuits, and then make some phone calls to people to discuss some elements about mobile phones that I need to get a handle on. After that, it will be the Friday night gaming session.
