Had a couple of personal e-mails from folks, who wondered about what I put in the most recent stir-fry that I had, so figured a couple of pictures (taken on the mobile phone) would speak volumes.
The first photo below shows the various vegetables that are cooking in the wok and all.
The second photo shows the food pretty much cooked and ready to eat, with the previously wokked chicken and bean sprouts added close to the end.
