I didn't wake up until about 10:30 am. That's not a good sign. I don't very often sleep late in the mornings, even on the weekend, and it's only when my body is feeling ill and run-down that I tend to sleep late. For me, 10:30 am is like sleeping 'til 1:00 pm for other people. Made a boiled egg and a piece of whole wheat toast, and had some (decaf) coffee, but haven't really felt hungry today. Took an extra dose of echinacea and an extra dose of vitamin C with my usual array of morning meds, and the shower I had made me feel somewhat better. I am planning to spend the rest of today in flannel pajamas and taking it easy, drinking hot liquids and sleeping if necessary.
With luck, I'll be feeling better tomorrow.
