Spring in Ottawa, and Health

Looks like Spring has finally arrived in the Ottawa valley.

Woke up this morning to a fine, sunny day that started off at around 5oC and was due to hit 14 degrees. Lovely.

I've got some bulging disc pain in my left hip, back, leg, and the crotch, and I'm a bit raspy voice wise, but other than that I feel somewhat healthier, so I came in to the office to work today. So far, so good.
