The day was one that went somewhat slowly until lunch time, and then all hell broke loose. And that's all I'm going to say about that.
In the meantime, I'm looking forward to gaming with the Friday night gaming group this evening. The gaming group playtested character generation for Khepera Publishing's new version of the Atlantis: The Second Age RPG last week, and that went pretty well, despite the fact that there are some problems with the game system's character generation at this point (but that's not surprising, given the playtest state of the game rules and stuff). While I'll be getting back to that game system in the next little while, there are certain priorities. I've got to run the Primeval scenarios and the demo of Rocket Age at CanGames in three weeks (EEP! Is it really three weeks??!), so something's gotta give (temporarily).
Tonight, the Friday night group will be playtesting the Rocket Age Golden Age science fiction rpg and will begin with the creation of some player characters for the game. So I'm rather looking forward to this. Since they've told me that they won't be able to make it to CanGames this year, the Friday night gang will be playtesting the scenario that I'll be running for the game at CanGames next week. But they said they want to start with character generation to see how it works in this game, so who am I to complain? Looking forward to gaming tonight. :)
