The weather this day, Saturday, is supposed to be quite warm again, with a bit of a breeze, so I'm hoping that I don't have to suffer too much from the heat today.
Gaming last night with the Friday night gaming group was quite fun, and the players had a good time with it and are now highly enthusiastic about playing the Rocket Age RPG when it finally comes out. The playtest of the scenario last night went quite well, though I need to make a few changes to the adventure that I'll be running at CanGames in two weeks. I can't really say all that much more about the scenario at this point and how things went in the game, as that would spoil any potential readers of this blog's gamers who might be attending the convention and playing the game, but...
...suffice to say that the players had a terrific time, really liked the "feel" of the adventure, and told me to tell prospective gamers for the convention that "it's a really good, old-fashioned adventure with that 1930s feel to it, and some wonderful twists and turns. And double turns."
'Nuff said! :)
