New Thea Gilmore CD

I received a pleasant surprise in the snail mail when I got home today.

Thea Gilmore, one of my favourite musicians on the modern day scene, and a relative unknown (or so it seems) in Canada and the rest of North America, has a new album out, Regardless.

My copy of the CD showed up in my snail mailbox today. Been listening to it as I work at various stuff, both on computer and around the house, and it is *really* good.

Now if only Thea Gilmore would play a concert within travel range of me, I'd be happy. She's the one musical artist that I really want to see live, but she doesn't tour North America. Would be wonderful to see her at BluesFest or Jazzfest. *sigh*
